When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is due to secure the rental on your special day and the balance is due 24 hours prior to your special day.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We understand that things can change, so we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery and setup services. However, we do offer flexible pickup times to make it easy for you to get your rentals.

What if something is damaged or missing?

We take great care to ensure that our rental items are in good condition, but accidents can happen. Please let us know immediately if there is any damage or if something is missing, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. We accept orders up to one year in advance, but please note that availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I see the items before I rent them?
Yes, we encourage you to make an appointment to view our items before renting them. Please contact us to schedule a viewing.
What if I don't see what I'm looking for on your website?
